All about the BROGLE Reward System

How do I collect Brogle Rewards?
To collect rewards, you need a customer account on brogle.com and must be at least 18 years old. With every purchase you make in our online shop via your customer account, you will automatically collect Brogle Rewards. Additional registration for the loyalty programme is not necessary.
How many rewards you collect when you shop depends on the value of the goods. You will receive one Brogle Reward for every 5 euros spent. For purchases to which you have applied a voucher or discount code, only the purchase value after deduction of all discounts will be taken into account. Shipping costs are not taken into account. You can see how many rewards you will receive for your purchase in the shopping basket during the order process
The rewards for your last purchase will be credited to your account after the cancellation period has expired. Usually after 15 days.
You can view your current rewards balance at any time in your customer account. To do this, click on "Personal profile" in the header of our website and you will find your rewards under the "Brogle rewards balance" tab.

You can easily apply your Brogle Rewards to the items currently available in our online shop at brogle.de. Simply add your favourite items to your shopping basket and select the "Redeem rewards" option. You decide how many rewards you would like to redeem. The credit value of your rewards will be deducted from your shopping basket.

For a valid purchase, the purchase value must be at least €500 after deduction of all discounts. Rewards cannot be applied to the purchase of vouchers or to additional delivery costs, and selected brands may also be excluded.

It is currently not possible to collect or redeem rewards in our shops. Only orders placed in our online shop at brogle.com are valid for the rewards programme.
The purchase value after deduction of all discounts, including Brogle Rewards, should be at least €500 for the order to be valid.
You can redeem your Brogle Rewards on currently available products in the online shop at brogle.de. Vouchers are excluded and individual brands may also be excluded.
Yes, you can redeem a voucher or discount code as well as your accumulated rewards in the shopping basket during the order process. You can also use all three discount options at the same time. However, after deducting all discounts, the purchase value must still be at least €500.
If you exercise your right of cancellation and receive a refund of the purchase price, you will also receive a refund of all Rewards redeemed for this item.
The Brogle Rewards collected expire after 1095 days, i.e. after around three years.
If you order via a personal account in the Brogle online shop, you automatically collect rewards. If you delete your account, the rewards you have collected will also expire.
Collected rewards are only valid for one account, transfers of any kind are not possible.
To unsubscribe from any Rewards Program email notifications, simply click the appropriate option in the footer of any of our emails.
